MAVERICK

Meet Maverick!

Born June 21, 2026, to a 15-lb Chi-Pin mama, Maverick is a true breed mystery and one very special little guy! We may not know exactly what breeds make up this handsome boy, but one thing is certain—he is absolutely gorgeous. His unique coloring is unlike his mama’s, although he may have inherited her petite build and shape. Whatever his mix may be, Maverick is definitely one-of-a-kind!

Maverick isn’t just incredibly handsome—he has the personality to match. He is smart, sweet, curious, and eager to learn. He loves having a routine and does wonderfully when he knows what to expect. His intelligence makes him a pup who should pick up training quickly, especially with consistency, patience, and positive reinforcement.

This little guy loves to play and explore. Toys are a favorite, and he especially enjoys being outdoors and romping around with the other pups. Maverick has plenty of puppy energy to spare and is always ready to join in the fun. But when the excitement is over, he knows how to settle down beautifully. He quiets nicely for naps and bedtime, showing that he can go from playful puppy to peaceful snuggler when it’s time to rest. He is using the doggie door like a champ and potty training is going great!

Maverick is expected to remain on the smaller side, making him a wonderful companion for someone looking for a little dog with a big personality. With his intelligence, sweet nature, love of routine, and eagerness to explore, he has all the makings of a fantastic lifelong companion.

Maverick is not yet neutered. His future family will need to stay in close contact with the rescue so that his neuter, as required by the adoption contract will be fulfilled.

This handsome boy has so much potential and so much love to give. Could Maverick be the little mystery mix you’ve been waiting for?

Adoption fee includes neuter, microchip, vaccinations.

Neuter Deposit: A refundable deposit of $100 is due at signing to ensure the required neuter is completed. The adopter will coordinate with the rescue group to schedule the procedure. The deposit will be refunded upon receipt of veterinary proof of neutering.
