Mateo (Matty) is 2 years old and about 15 lbs. He was an owner surrender to a Rescue who asked for our help. If you can believe this one..... and I can't make this stuff up...... he was surrendered for eating the owners hearing aids. Really. So.... here he is with us looking for a home that has people smarter than him. He is cautious when meeting new people but has not shown any aggression. He gets along with all the dogs in his foster home. He asks for attention but then backs away from it when you reach out. Just seems like he doesn't know how to react. A gentle and kind person would be perfect for him. He has not been tested with young children.
