We were able to get him out just in time and provide the care he needed to become the healthy, happy puppy he is today.<br/><br/>Mason is a black and tan mixed-breed pup with a sweet face and an even sweeter heart. Playful and with a zest for life, he loves to run and romp, but he’s just as happy to curl up and relax when playtime is over. Mason would love a home with an active lifestyle, his current foster takes him everywhere, even to the horse barn where he gets to run and play all over the farm! <br/><br/>A little shy at first, Mason is learning that the world is a safe and fun place. He’s especially confident and happy around other dogs, so we believe he’d thrive in a home with a canine sibling to show him the ropes. Mason loves to play but he can be a little shy with rough housing. He’s house trained, and picking up on his training quickly. <br/><br/>Mason is ready to find a family who will give him the patience, love, and structure he needs. In return, he’ll give you a lifetime of snuggles, loyalty, and playful puppy joy. The DOG ADOPTION INTEREST FORM is important and REQUIRED for this reason. <br/><br/>All of our Adoptables are:<br/><br/>Spayed/neutered; Up to date on vaccines; Heartworm tested if six months or older (& kept on heartworm preventative and treated for heartworms if positive when entering our program): Microchipped prior to adoption<br/><br/>BREEDS: We are not breed experts. The breed(s) listed for each adoptable are best guesses or suggestions.<br/><br/>PLEASE NOTE: We are a non-profit organization without municipal or government funding. Veterinary/Medical expenses are constant for an animal rescue. Our adoption fees not only help to provide vetting and care for the animal being adopted, but they also help to cover heartworm treatments and other treatable ailments that many animals, that would otherwise be euthanized, need in order to be made available for adoption.<br/><br/>Please understand that adopting an animal is a LIFETIME COMMITMENT to that animal and there will be veterinary expenses throughout their life that can often cost several hundreds, if not thousands of dollars (without pet insurance), especially without annual checkups and preventative care.  As a potential family for this pet you are responsible for their safety and that includes keeping them on your property.<br/><br/>***If you are not in the middle Tennessee area, transport can potentially be arranged to approved homes, depending on distance and local adaptability. We normally do not allow adoptions outside of 1.5 hours driving distance.
