Marty's Story

Some dogs make themselves at home wherever they go. Marty is one of those dogs.

Within minutes of meeting him, you'll understand why everyone falls for this little guy. He's endlessly curious, ridiculously playful, and always looking for his next adventure, whether that's chasing a toy, playing catch in the yard, or convincing every dog he meets to be his new best friend. His charm is so powerful that he even got a cranky 14-year-old senior dog to start playing with him every day.

Marty is smart, eager to learn, and loves making his people proud. He picks up training quickly, is making great progress with crate training, and is highly food motivated. More than anything, he wants to be part of whatever you're doing.

While he certainly has a silly side, Marty's favorite place is right next to his people. If you're sitting down, he'll happily volunteer as your snuggle buddy. He never passes up an opportunity for affection and has a loyal, loving nature that makes him easy to adore.

One thing photos don't quite capture is his size. Marty is a wonderfully compact pup, the kind of dog that's easy to take anywhere and fits comfortably into almost any lifestyle.

If you're looking for a dog who will make you laugh, keep you company, and love you with his whole heart, Marty might just be your perfect match.
