Martin's Story

## Meet Martin 💙ðŸū
Martin is a sweet, gentle 6-month-old pup who has already overcome more than any young dog should have to--but he hasn't let his difficult start slow him down!
Martin was found as a stray at a local gas station and was brought to a veterinarian for care after suffering an injury to his front left leg. Sadly, the injury was severe, and the leg had to be amputated.
But Martin is learning that **three legs are all he needs to live life to the fullest!** He is currently in a loving foster home where he is adjusting beautifully and discovering all the good things life has to offer.
This handsome boy is **very well behaved, gentle, and loving.** He absolutely loves belly rubs and cuddling and is happiest when he is getting attention from his people. Martin is also highly motivated by food and treats, which should make teaching him new things a whole lot of fun! ðŸĶī
Martin enjoys the company of other dogs, and while at the veterinary clinic, he completely ignored the cats--like they weren't even there!
With his shepherd-like characteristics and his puppy age, Martin is expected to grow into a **large dog**. He has the heart of a gentle giant already, and we can't wait to watch him continue to blossom.
Martin's story started with being abandoned and injured, but his future can be filled with love, adventures, belly rubs, and a family who sees just how special he is.
**Three legs don't define Martin. His gentle heart, loving personality, and determination do.** 💙ðŸķ
Martin is ready for a forever family who will love him exactly as he is and help him continue learning that life can be pretty wonderful. ðŸū.
