For a long time, I didn’t get much space or comfort or kindness. Or really anything that a dog needs to thrive. :-(<br/><br/>But every day, I’m discovering new things. Like how a soft hand feels, that treats are actually amazing & that humans are pretty ok afterall. <br/><br/>I’m still a little shy. I might peek around a doorway before I walk through it & I might sit a few feet away from you while I decide if you’re one of the good ones. But once I know you’re ok? My tail starts doing a quiet little wag I can’t control & I become your dog shaped shadow. <br/><br/>My perfect place is a home where:<br/><br/> People speak softly<br/><br/> Days are calm<br/><br/>Routines feel safe<br/><br/> And patience is on the menu<br/><br/>I will need a secure fence until I trust you, but I am house & kennel trained & get along well with other doggos of all kinds. <br/><br/>In fact, a confident dog friend would help me so much!
