I wasn't supposed to leave the shelter. Around here, dogs usually stay at the shelter because that's where they get adopted fastest. But I was so scared that everyone decided I needed something more important than foot traffic--I needed peace. I'm Marlow. I'm a little senior guy with a big heart that's learning to trust again. In my foster home, I greet my foster mom like she's the best part of my day, and I've made friends with her little dog (as long as nobody expects me to share my dinner). Nobody knows what my life was like before I was rescued. Whatever happened, I'm ready for my next chapter. I won't be the dog who runs into your arms on day one--but if you're patient enough to let me choose you, I think I'll love you with my whole heart.
