Marlo's Story
We can’t figure out why this little guy is still in rescue. He’s non-shed, he’s very well housebroken, he walks like a dream on the leash, and he gets along great with every human, dog and cat he meets.
Some people say it’s because his teeth stick out. We think it makes him extra adorable.
Marlo is about 4 to 5 years old and is a Shih Tzu mix. He’s got some longer legs on him, but there’s not much to his body, he’s pretty slender. The way he eats he’s trying to make up for that. Marlo doesn’t bark often, but when he does, we see the one negative about him… The sound of his bark is terrible. He mostly does it when he’s excited when people get home.
This little dog is one of the easiest dogs in the world to live with with and his happy and loving personality, makes him the perfect cuddly companion
He does have some genetic wonky back knees that caused him no pain, but he looks a little funny. Sort of like a bowlegged cowboy.
Please email kladams4545@gmail.com with questions. You can find the application at https://www.homewardboundrescue.com/preadopt
