It's the rescue's monthly Prison Program swap today, so I will be gone for 4 weeks. I will be unavailable for adoption until: March 31st, 2026. The first available day to schedule an appointment to see me would be Wednesday April 1st. She joined us as a shelter transfer from Ohio and is now ready to find a home that suits her confident and independent personality.<br/><br/>Marley will need to be the "queen of the castle" in her forever home, as she does best as an only dog. She enjoys having her space and thrives in an environment where she can feel secure and in charge of her own domain.<br/><br/>Not much is known about her past - she came to the previous rescue as a stray - but what we do know is that Marley is a smart, strong-willed girl with plenty of love to give to the right family. She will need to be enrolled in training classes to help polish her manners and provide structure, which will allow her to flourish into the devoted and well-behaved companion we know she can be.<br/><br/>If you're looking for a confident, independent shepherd who is ready to claim her throne and be cherished - with the guidance and consistency of training - Marley may be the perfect fit.
