Marianne here, reporting live from my foster home, where I've been learning that life is actually pretty awesome once you feel safe. I started out a little unsure of myself, but with some patience, belly rubs, and a whole lot of love, I've really come out of my shell. I adore being close to my people, curling up on the couch, and flipping right over for a good tummy scratch any chance I get. I've been great with my foster family's dogs and their neighbors, and I love running around, chasing toys, and showing off my goofy, playful side. I'm a medium-energy girl who can zoom and then chill, I eat best when someone's nearby, and I'm crate-trained for the workday. I'd thrive with someone patient who appreciates cuddles, kisses, and a dog who just wants to be by their side. I don't do well with cats, but if you're looking for a loyal, sweet, still-growing-in-confidence companion, I'm your girl.
