WATCH MY VIDEO...Marbles is a 1 year, 7 month old tricolor American Staffordshire Terrier who came to us from another shelter in search of a fresh start. At 44 pounds, he’s a solid, handsome boy, but beneath that sturdy build is a sensitive soul who’s still learning to feel safe in a new environment.<br/><br/> Shelter life has been a bit overwhelming for Marbles, and he can be quite nervous, especially at first. He tends to take a little time to warm up to new people and situations, but with patience and a gentle approach, he begins to relax and shows that he enjoys being petted. Once he trusts you, his softer, sweeter side starts to come through.<br/><br/> Marbles also appears to be potty trained, which is a great sign that he’s had some structure before and is eager to settle back into a home routine.<br/><br/> What Marbles needs most is a calm, patient family who will give him the time and understanding he deserves.
