Marabell's Story

Hi I'm Marabell! I am a 9-month-old Shar-Pei. I am the perfect medium size at almost 40lbs and I won't get much bigger. My story started in a hoarding situation then an outside pen at a shelter. Now I am living the good life in a foster home. I've discovered the joys of napping in soft places and sunbathing in the grass. I've learned that toys are fun and belly rubs feel great! <br/><br/>My foster mom says I'm a smarty pants! I picked up house training and sitting for treats quickly and I do great in my crate. I am still learning to trust that new people and new dogs are safe so I need a family who will be patient with me. I get too excited around little humans so I am looking for a home without kids. I am getting the hang of going for walks but I would love a fenced yard to play in while I work on being brave. I am a very athletic girl and with more training and confidence I would make an excellent adventure companion. After getting my energy out, I love to spend my evenings snuggling. <br/><br/>I can't wait to find my forever family who can help me continue to thrive!

We adopt to people living in PA and neighboring states only. Please go to Crossyourpaws.com to submit an adoption application for any pets you are interested in. Adoption fees: 350.00 for puppies 300.00 for adults 200.00 for seniors Prices can vary at times. Adoption fees include spay/neuter, microchip, age appropriate vaccines, worming, flea prevention, collar and leash.
