Maple's Story

Location: Big Lake, MN

Maple is a sweet girl with a dash of spice. She is one in a litter of seven! Her mama is a lab/terrier/springer spaniel mix (with a few other breeds tossed in, lol). Based on Maple's unique eyes (each eye is partially blue) there is a good chance there may be some husky mixed in as well.

Maple is a little shy at first, but she has been warming up quicker and quicker to new people, dogs, and other things. She does very well with dogs of all sizes and cats. With her being timid around things, she would do best in a home without young children.

Maple's ideal forever home would have a doggie friend to help her come out of her shell, as well as a fenced in yard, as she needs a safe space to let her zoomies out.

She is an absolute cuddle bug and she can sometimes be a pillow hog, and if you aren't quick enough to sit, she will steal your spot on the couch.

Maple is working on being fully potty trained. She hasn't fully got it down that she should potty outside, but she is excellent at making sure she goes potty on the pads when she does go inside.

If you have been looking to add a goofy girl with a little sass to your family, Maple is that girl!

---------------

The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org).

Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, all age-appropriate vaccinations (distemper, rabies, and bordetella), heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, heartworm test (dogs), FIV/FeLV test (cats), dewormed, and microchip implant (including registration).

Rescue Network is strictly foster based which means all adoptable animals are in a home and there cannot be a meet until an application is submitted and approved. We have no way of knowing the breeds in the animals. All breeds listed are best guess.
