HelpAWS's Adoption Policy

We are very thorough in our adoption process. We want to make sure our animals are going to the best homes that fit their needs. We require people to fill in the adoption application and if there are any red flags, we would not contact them for an interview. We are looking for dedicated individuals who have the means to care and provide for an animal for the entirety of their life. Anyone who passes the initial application process will be contacted for a 1 hour interview and if there are no red flags we contact one reference and their veterinarian, followed by a house inspection.

HelpAWS is dedicated to enriching the quality of life for both people and animals through education, providing care to stray, abandoned, and/or injured animals, and controlling the animal overpopulation through spay and neuter.
