But, the lifelong neglect she endured took a toll on her body and her spirit too.
She battled heartworm and thanks to careful treatment here she has regained her health.
Now it's time to rebuild her spirit with the patience, love and commitment of amazing adopters.
You should have a gentle demeanor and a quieter home where she can feel safe and cared for for life.
