Manhattan's Story

We're not sure what life he had before us, but he's very slow to warm up to new people. The first full month that we had him all he did was try to hide from us. Unfortunately for him, he's extremely food motivated, so we used that to get him like us enough to get him into a crate and to a foster. <br/>Manny has now been in a foster home for a couple of months where he is house trained. Lives with dogs and cats and does well! He would benefit from a home with another dog to both play with and help give him the confidence he needs. A fenced yard would also be good as he loves to be outside playing or laying in the sun. To people he knows, he loves to crawl up and give kisses! He's a very good boy after he gets comfy!
