Mandy's Story
Shout out to all the ChiChi lovers out there....meet Mandy!

She's an approx 2 year old, 7 lb chi who is full of sassy, feisty, fun antics and is loving towards her people once she decides that you are worthy of her affections.
She may take a minute to warm up but she comes around pretty quick (food helps) and once she does, she loves to be carried around or hang out with you on the couch. She prefers to be close to her people.

Mandy was pulled from a shelter in Modesto by the good folks at Hair of the Dog Rescue. She was very nervous and scared at the shelter which contributes to her taking a minute to warm up to new people. Being at a shelter can be very scary for some dogs but with patience, routine and stability they learn to trust and settle in.

Mandy is being fostered with other dogs and cats at the moment and while she does get along with them, she prefers to have her human and her things all to herself and can be a little bossy towards the others at times. A quiet home with adults only and no other dogs would be ideal for her.

If you are a Chihuahua lover and appreciate this lively and comical breed, please fill out an application on the link below and a volunteer will get back to you shortly

https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/HOTD/Dog
