Mally's Story
Rescued by a police officer from being trapped at a construction site, this sweet boy made quite the first impression — the officer described him as incredibly friendly and gentle. The shelter was overwhelming at first, and he spent his first few days nervous and unsure. He also picked up pneumovirus and lost some weight, but he’s responding well to medication and getting stronger every day.
Once he settled in, his true personality shined. He knows “sit,” walks nicely on leash, loves being pet, and is as gentle and affectionate as they come — a total lovebug who quickly stole our hearts and earned his spot in our program.
Mally is currently in our 12 week prison training program and is accepting applications for his new best friend!
