MAK's Story

Foster notes on Mak: Mak is so sweet! He was great in the car, a bit nervous at first, but overall super chill. He is extremely mellow and loving. He seemed pretty shy, but he warmed up to us once we got inside our house. His demeanor was overall just happy and calm, and he is definitely a fan of people! Our first stop was a pup cup from Starbucks (he wasn’t sure if he liked it or not), then we sat outside for a while and ate lunch. He was very relaxed and even laid down under the table, but wasn’t a fan of chicken nuggets either! Afterwards, we headed to the arboretum for a long walk. He was pretty good on the leash, some slight pulling, but overall well trained. We then headed back in the car to go to our house, where he drank lots of water, played with a stuffed animal, and then cuddled on the couch. He took a nap with us while we watched football, and then it was time to say goodbye. It was so sad to bring him back since he was such a sweetheart!! Mak’s temperament is amazing and he is so loving, especially towards children. He enjoyed being on the couch with us and getting lots of pets. He is definitely the perfect dog for both outside adventures and chill time in the house. He also didn’t bark, whine, or beg the whole day! He really was such a good boy and I hope he finds a loving home.
