Maggie Mae<br/>Oh Miss Maggie Mae! What a pure heart.<br/> You may recall around Thanksgiving when we were involved in a large hoarding case with starving, abused dogs. Well, Maggie Mae was one of those dogs.<br/> Like every single one of the 21 adult dogs we pulled from that scenario, she was nothing but skin & bones.<br/><br/>We were so heavy hearted after that rescue..seeing those skinny dogs so broken. Seeing their previous captors using a cattle prod on their scarred bodies. Situations like that are enough to drive you mad!<br/><br/>But in the end, we got every last dog out from that horrific trailer & have been committed to their happiness ever since.<br/> <br/>The Maggie Mae you see today is a whole new doggo! Yay!!<br/><br/>Here are some fun facts about this certified good noodle:<br/>~She is 100% dog and cat friendly. Maggie May LOVES her furry friends!<br/>~She is smart. This girl is eager to learn and she's also very in tune with her humans, so she will learn whatever you want her to. <br/>~She's the perfect mix of athletic adventure buddy & smooshie couch potato.<br/>~Because of her past trauma of living her entire life in a crate, she cannot be kenneled. But if you keep your counter surfing goodies put away, she doesn't need to be.<br/>~House trained, great recall & certified lover girl.<br/><br/>Miss MM would probably do best with a home on the quieter side since she still feels unsure when there's a lot of busyness going on. But she does adapt well once she understands what's up<br/><br/>Maggie Mae is sure to make you feel like the most important person on the planet if you're lucky enough to call her yours.
