Maggie Jo *COURTESY POST*'s Story
Maggie Jo, a German Shepherd, is about 3 years old, and was found as a stray. She had no collar or microchip, and we posted her to all the usual lost dog social media sites, but nobody has claimed her. We have been fostering her for 3 months now, and she has become a loving, sweet, affectionate, smart, and loyal companion. She was recently spayed, and also had a “gastropexy" done to prevent her from developing bloat. She is a little shy around people she does not know, but quickly warms up once she spends time with someone new. She has encountered some small children, and seems very gentle with them. She is very friendly to all dogs, big and small. She can follow simple commands, and wants to please her people. She loves her walks, going for hikes in Runyon Canyon, and playing fetch. The only caution is that she is not good around cats, so she cannot go to any household that also has cats

Located:
West Hollywood Area

Contact for Adoption:
Dr. John Tegzes
909-952-0999
drtegzes@justfoodfordogs.com
