Meet Maggie!<br/><br/>Maggie is an eight year-old pure Scottish Terrier. Her former owner purchased her and her brother from a breeder. Unfortunately, the owner was diagnosed with Alzheimer's and was no longer able to care for the two dogs. <br/><br/>Maggie and her brother have lived pretty sheltered lives. They have been largely deprived of exercise and social activities. Maggie was in pretty poor health when we received the dogs. They had been flea infested and she had some skin infection. You can see the thin areas in her coat in the pictures but we cleaned the dogs up and treated her with antibiotics and she has since grown her hair back in and looks so much better!<br/><br/>Maggie is nervous at first but she is very friendly with people. She lived with two cats. Ideally she would have a home with a securely fenced backyard.<br/><br/>**Please note: Indigo Rescue only adopts to homes within 30 miles of Beaverton, Oregon.
