Maggie's Story

Meet Maggie!

Maggie is a 2 year old labradoodle who is full of spunk. She is learning to be a dog again and is very nervous around new things. This includes people, animals, scary noises and things like that. Maggie is going to require some TLC. She is a bit untrusting and needs a forever home that is willing to be patient with her. We believe she has had some training, but she will require a lot of leash work and socialization. Most importantly Maggie needs exercise! She is a very smart pup and needs her brain and body exercised so that she doesn’t get into trouble. She’s not a very confident dog, which means sometimes she will try and bully her humans into doing things her way. We feel it’s vital that this is not allowed. Humans should make the schedules and the rules, not the dogs. Continuing to allow Maggie to be bossy could lead to her becoming aggressive.

**Maggie could be the only pet in the home or with a well- balanced dog. A more submissive, low-key dog as she is easily over stimulated. Her ideal home would not include young children and a home that doesnt share walls i.e
apartment, townhome, duplex, etc.**

Maggie is fully vetted and ready for her home
Adoption fee is $300
