Texas Round Up Animal Alliance's Adoption Policy
Adoption meet and greets are done by appointment only and require an approved adoption application. Our adoption process and fees. 1. Submit Application 2. Approve Application 3. Visit the Facility and Find a Dog Or if Out pf State we would set up a video meet and greet 4. Sign Adoption Contract 5. Pay Fee 6. Take the Dog Home Or if out state dog leaves on transport to come to you. All our dogs come spayed/neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations, microchipped, heartworm tested, are current on monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventative. They are also taught basic commands. All of this is included in the adoption fee of $250 for local dogs and $300 for puppies. Local is in the state of Texas. Medical records will come with each dog at the time of adoption. If this is an out of state adoption, transport to you is included in the adoption fee of $450 for adult dogs and $500. Pet Adoption Policies + Pass a background check. + All current pets must be up to date on their vaccines.  + Have approval from your landlord if renting. + Fill out our online dog adoption application. Meet and greets are by appointment only and require an approved application. + If application is approved, we will contact you to set up a meet and greet with you and the pet.  + The meet and greet/adoption process takes at least an hour. This gives you and the pet time to meet, bond, make a well-thought decision, and sign the paperwork. + A lifetime commitment must be made to the animal, and the animal must be kept as a family pet. + Be 20 years of age or older.
