Maddie

Maddie was found as a stray and brought to the local shelter. We are shocked that no owner came for this beautiful, sweet girl! <br/>Maddie is approximatley 1 year of age and a petite 10-12lbs. She was listed as a spaniel at the shelter, we believe she looks more like a papillon mix...whatever her breed is, she is ADORABLE!!<br/><br/>Maddie can be a little shy meeting new people, but when she warms up and trusts you, she is very affectionate and will follow you everywhere! She loves going for leash walks and gets excited when she knows it's time go.<br/><br/>Maddie has been good with dogs of all sizes, but definitely has more fun and enjoyment with dogs her size as she is very playful and likes to run and play with the smaller dogs. Maddie has had limited exporsure to cats and has mostly been curious and ignored. <br/><br/>Due to Maddie's size she will do best in a home with children over 8 yrs of age who understand gentle handling of a small delicate dog. She is not suitable for apartments or townhouses and will require a home with an attached yard and secure fencing. <br/><br/>Maddie's adoption fee is $450 and includes current health exam and vaccinations, spay, umbilical hernia repair, microchip, flea and deworming treatment.
