Maddie's Story

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Maddie was found emancipated and HW positive. She is now HW negative and has put her weight back on. She is ready for her forever home. She rides well in a vehicle, walks on leash, high energy. She has not been cat tested. Loves walks and sloppy kisses. Good around all people.

Union Humane Society's Adoption Policy

Our adoption fee is $75.00. If the animal is under 4 months old, you will receive a certificate to take to your vet to have your pet spayed/neutered and get their rabies shot. If the animal is over 4 months old, they will already have this done. All animals will be current on all their shots and wormed. We do not have a shelter at this time. All of the animals we have for adoption are kept in Foster homes. To visit a pet you would like to adopt please call 318-620-0062
