She takes comfort and confidence from other dogs and loves to play, snuggle, and follow their lead as she learns how to be brave.<br/><br/>After two weeks in the shelter, Macy was very timid and shy, totally shut down. With love and time, she’s now wagging her tail, slowly enjoying cuddles a bit with people who slowly have earned her trust, and is even starting to enjoy leash walks. She’s still socially awkward and nervous with new people — and will definitely be a bit of a project — but the kind of project that’s worth every ounce of patience.
