Mack's Story

Mack-aroni!

Mack is a 7-1/2 year old shepherd mix. He came to the shelter in September of 2021 as a stray but has received little interest. While Mack initially takes a little cozying up with new people he eventually warms up and loves to show off his toys and give you all of his attention. He has a thyroid issue that makes him a little on the chunky side, but he is now on medication which has helped him lose a lot of his extra weight (and that is just more to love)! He is just a happy, goofy guy who loves to play fetch, and can often be seen carrying around a big stuffed animal! He loves people although due to his size a home without small children is highly recommended. Due to his long stay here a home without other dogs would be best, and we would recommend a feline free home as well. He is microchipped, UTD on vaccines, and neutered.

If you would like to meet Mack (it may take a few times, but he's worth it!) please fill out the app below!

True Friends AWC
16332 SR 706
Montrose PA 18801
Kennel License # 7284
