Mack is a 65-lb sweetheart with a zest for life and a heart full of love. This athletic, playful guy adores people, dogs, and kids and is always ready for fun; whether it’s fetch, zoomies with his foster brother, or long walks exploring the world. He’s house-trained, knows “sit,” and is working on “stay” and other commands. Mack is stronger on leash and still perfecting his manners, but he’s eager to learn and takes redirection well, especially when treats are involved. He is currently in training with Force Free DC and making wonderful progress. Mack enjoys his people to be home often or be with another friendly dog to keep him company. He does have a bit of prey drive, so a home without cats is best. In true Mack style, he gives enthusiastic kisses, belly rub requests, and even “standing hugs.” This happy, affectionate, and funny boy can go from play mode to cuddle mode with ease, making him the perfect mix of adventurous companion and snuggly nap buddy.
