Mac (McDouble)

Meet Mac!

Mac is 3 to 4 years old and truly as sweet as can be. He is smart, easygoing and happiest spending time with his people. He loves going for walks, does well with other dogs and is great with kids. With his low to medium energy level, Mac is always up for an adventure but is equally happy relaxing at home.

When Mac first came into rescue, his back end was weak and wobbly. We believe he may have spent too much time confined to a crate, causing him to lose muscle mass. The good news is that he is steadily gaining strength and mobility, and he continues to make progress every day!

Mac is not a fan of the crate, but he has been non-destructive when left alone and does well with the freedom to relax outside of it. This gentle, loving boy is looking for a family that will continue helping him grow stronger while giving him all the love, walks and companionship he deserves.

Mac is ready to find his forever home. Could it be with you?
