Mac loves belly rubs, cuddles and attention.<br/><br/>Mac (short for MacKenzie) is a 4-year-old gentleman with a calm soul and a heart full of love. Mac was recently rescued from the streets of Queens, but it&#39;s clear he&#39;s known kindness before.<br/><br/>GOOD WITH KIDS &amp; FAMILIES: Mac could not be better with people. He loves both new and familiar faces and absolutely shines with kids. He would thrive in a large family or a home with plenty of people to give him love and attention. He would do amazing with a backyard and that would be a huge plus. <br/><br/>COMMANDS KNOWN: Mac knows come sit &#34;down&#34; and &#34;stay&#34; and he will pick up more with consistency and time.<br/><br/>LEASH MANNERS: Mac is working on his leash manners.<br/><br/>DOG &amp; PEOPLE MANNERS: Mac is a peaceful presence, gentle and kind. He approaches people respectfully with excitement. Mac would need to be in a one dog home as he is not great around other dogs. <br/><br/>LOVES: Affection. Mac&#39;s love language is physical touch. He&#39;s a bottomless pit of cuddles, scratches, and companionship. He also loves running around, baths, greeting everyone in the home, and ice. He is so loyal and he will be your best friend. He truly loves all people.<br/><br/>HOUSE TRAINING: Mac is doing well with his potty routine and consistently does his business outside. He is doing great at letting you know he has to go potty by going by the door or his leash. <br/><br/>WORKING ON: He loves being near his people, and while he&#39;s fine resting in his crate, he can get anxious when he is left alone as he wants to be around the people he loves. He is great at bedtime and sleeps through the night. He only really makes noise when he is alone. He is a super quiet and comfortable dog.<br/><br/>Mac&#39;s past isn&#39;t fully known, but being found alone on the streets hasn&#39;t dimmed his spirit. He embraced his foster home quickly and easily, hopping into laps and asking for love right away. He&#39;s gentle, quiet, patient, and so ready for a calm, loving home filled with people to shower him with affection.
