Mac's Story
Mac is most happy when he is exploring a trail; is an excellent walking buddy.<br/><br/>He gets along SO well with other dogs and has been a crowd favorite at his recent dog park visits.<br/><br/>Mac’s only limitation really is that, with his suspected past trauma, he may be best as a one-person dog. He bonds so deeply with his human that he sometimes seems bothered by another person who's also heavily bonded to his. <br/><br/>He is fine and friendly when meeting people on walks or in parks, & with people who come to visit. But whatever happened to him before makes him become protective of his human. <br/><br/><br/>His trainer and our instructors are working with this, but he does seem to be a one-person dog. <br/><br/>It takes him a little while to trust, but then he gives his heart.
