Mabelina

*Woof* Meet me at 71 Oglethorpe St NW between 12pm-7pm daily!<br/><br/>Mabelina is one of those friendly dogs that makes everyone feel like a bestie! She is doggie perfection in so many ways. She is a lover who likes to lean in when getting pets. Plus she give such sweet puppy smiles which just warms your heart. Mabelina is easy to leash up and she very much enjoys her power walks so if you need a new adventure pal, Mabelina is ready for the job. Mabelina is a very pretty and lovely young lady who would be so happy in a warm and inviting home. Please meet her soon- she is amazing!<br/><br/>P.S. She went on a field trip and the volunteer share this: She’s a fantastic dog. We took her on a 4 mile hike in Rock Creek Park, and she could not have been happier. She loved being on the trail, getting some new sniffs, and briefly saying hi to dogs that passed us. When she gets excited and starts walking faster, you need a good grip on the leash, but overall, she was great. After the hike, we came back to our house, and she enjoyed a peanut butter kong and playing with a small squeaky toy. She then took a nap in my lap on the couch. I can’t say enough good things! Honestly, if we didn’t have our own rescue dog (who doesn’t like dogs) we would have kept her.
