Mabel still enjoys her daily walks, car rides, and soaking up the sun. She’s incredibly sweet, kid-friendly, and gets along very well with other dogs.

Her story is heartbreaking: After her original owner passed away, Mabel ended up briefly in a temporary home, but was surrendered when that caretaker developed allergies. Being an older dog, she was placed on the red list at a kill shelter. Thankfully, she was pulled just in time—and now we’re determined to make sure she never sets paw in a shelter again.

Her foster says, “She’s a perfect older girl—goofy, loving, and full of warmth. She deserves a soft landing for her golden years.”

Mabel is spayed, up to date on all vaccinations, and had flying colors at her senior wellness check. So far, she’s shown no signs of health or behavioral issues.

For more information or to meet Mabel, please contact Victoria at (410) 999-4183 or Morgan at (443) 842-0144 (call or text).
