Meet Lynda - 11/9/24 <br/> <br/>Lynda is an 11-year-old, spayed female Chihuahua weighing 12 lbs. She is a friendly and affectionate pup looking for her forever home. Lynda loves cuddles and snuggling on the couch, and she enjoys going for walks. She is a very happy dog!<br/> <br/>Lynda came into Yankee Chihuahua Rescue as an owner surrender because her previous owner's health was declining, and the family couldn't keep her. She is house-trained, both outdoors and on pee pads, so a home that can continue using potty pads initially is a must. Lynda is great on car rides and would give the right person so much love and loyalty. She would do well in a home with children who know how to respect animals. She gets along great with other dogs, though her compatibility with cats is unknown. Lynda can tend to bark, so a home without apartment-like living or lots of activity outside would be ideal.<br/> <br/>Lynda is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, heartworm negative, but tested positive for Anaplasma and Lyme disease and has been treated.
