Lux

Lux (approximately 59 pounds) was transferred to the NHSPCA from an overcrowded shelter in Texas. This handsome fellow manages to somehow be very intelligent and super goofy at the same time. It's a fun combination and has made Lux quite popular with staff & volunteers at both of his shelters! Lux was named after Lux Interior from the punk rock band The Cramps. We're not sure what the likeness might be, aside from Lux's energy and authenticity, of course ;) Our Lux is friendly, outgoing, and loves meeting new people. He is a fan of squeaky toys and playing with pretty much everyone and everything in our fenced-in play yards. Lux did well with the dogs that he was introduced to at his previous shelter, and he has been friendly toward the dogs he has encountered here.
