Luna "Phoebe"'s Story

Meet Phoebe, or affectionately also known as "Luna"! Phoebe's adoption fee has been covered by a generous donation made to Amazing Strays.

A remarkable young lady who embodies the complete package. At just 5.5 years old, she boasts a stunning soft rust-colored coat that feels like butter and weighs a perfect 35 lbs. Phoebe was adopted out as a puppy from our program, but unfortunately her owner took a job overseas and returned her to the ASR program. While she may initially come off as a bit shy, her warm personality quickly shines through. This active girl thrives on playtime but is also content to relax at home during the day.

Phoebe does well in a home environment and has also adapted to apartment living. Ideal for families with older children, Phoebe would love to be your running partner, walking companion, or sidekick for any hiking adventure. Phoebe loves the water and playing with the hose or in a kiddy pool. She gets along well with other dogs, especially those with a similar energy level. Phoebe is house, leash, and crate trained, she also rides like a champ in the car. Be prepared to fall head over heels for Phoebe, her charm is truly irresistible!
