Luna Mae's Story
Luna Mae is boisterous, social girl with a Go-Getter attitude. She already knows Sit but is still working on her overall manners and leash walking skills so continuing her reward-based training will benefit her and her new family. She is learning how to keep four paws on the floor but can be jumpy and rowdy with people. Luna was very energetic and slightly pushy when meeting new dogs; we recommend gradual introductions initially and finding her some social, energetic playmates. Luna is enjoys going for adventure sniff walks, playing with toys and being around her people. Luna does display separation concerns that are managed with medications. Luna was adopted and returned to Gigi's due to energetic and jumpiness towards children in the home.

Luna Mae appears to be a poodle mix of sorts, however without a DNA test we cannot know for certain what her breeds are. She is approximately 2 years young and currently weighs 41 pounds.

Luna Mae has received her full-service vet care, vaccines, pre-adoption behavior support, microchip and is spayed. To meet this dog or any of our other ready-for-adoption dogs, visit Gigi's during our open adoption hours listed on www.gigis.org. By adopting a Gigi’s Grad, you are helping other shelter dogs in need get vital care and an opportunity to find a new family, just like yours — together we’re improving the lives of shelter dogs™.
