Luna's Story

Luna is searching for her forever family—and her happy ending. She’s an approximately 9–10 month old spayed female who is up to date on all vaccinations and ready to start the next chapter of her life.
Luna would thrive in a calm, quiet home with older children and a friendly canine companion. Another dog who is gentle and confident could help show her the ropes and remind her just how wonderful the world (and people!) can be.
While we don’t know much about Luna’s early life, we do know she’s been through a lot. After a tragic car accident, she was understandably frightened and had to be humanely trapped to bring her to safety. Since then, Luna has been learning to trust again. Once she does, she bonds deeply and wholeheartedly with her people, becoming a loyal and loving companion.
This smart girl is working hard on potty training and leash walking and is eager to learn. She’s bright, observant, and wants to do well—she just needs patience, consistency, and kindness.
Luna’s dream home includes a securely fenced yard where she can run and stretch her legs, and a cozy couch where she can curl up for snuggles at the end of the day. With the right family, Luna is sure to blossom into an incredibly devoted and loving dog.
If you’re looking for a gentle soul to grow with and love, Luna may be the perfect match for you. 💛

Before you fill out an application please be sure that a Rescue is the option through which you are going to choose to add an addition to your family. We are all volunteers at Potter’s Angels Rescue- most with full time jobs and families in addition to volunteering and going through the entire adoption process with an applicant that then purchases a dog takes up a fair amount of precious time. We would like our volunteers to focus their efforts and time on those applicants that are serious in helping a rescued animal. Here at Potters Angels Rescue, we strive to adopt our animals out to the best matches possible for them. This means that an animal other than the one who initially catches your eye may be a better fit for your home
