Luna *Courtesy Post*'s Story
**PLEASE NOTE: This is a Courtesy Post. If you are interested in adopting Luna, please contact Cynthia at cynthia@kinsheyoga.com**

Meet Luna: a gentle, quiet, friendly and funny dog. She’s a neighborhood favorite, and whoever gives her a forever home will be blessed with love and protection. Luna has been on quite a journey. Her first owner sadly passed away from COVID-19, and a lovely, kind elderly woman took her in. Unfortunately, the elderly woman had to go to rehab, so Luna was Kenneled. Our paths crossed when she escaped. One night, I found Luna surrounded by four hungry coyotes. She trotted up to me, injured and scared, and I took her in like anyone would. However, I can’t keep her as I live alone, travel for weeks at a time, and have no one to care for her while away. Luna would thrive in a multigenerational family, a roommate situation, or with a homebound elderly or disabled person where people are around.
Pros:
- Luna is loving and affectionate.
- Great guard dog --yet gentle as a lamb with toddlers, the elderly, and small pets.
- Quiet and respectful in the house.
- Beloved by random passersby, she’s a fantastic way to meet new people.
- Best of all, she’s a total goof! Her favorite spot is chilling with her snout resting on the car AC or househunting flies with lightning-fast precision CHOMP!—if you
have flies in your home, they won’t last long!
Cons:
- Luna has separation anxiety and will escape any indoor barriers or kennels if left alone for too long. She is not the dog for single people (unless they can bring
their dog to work). Yards welcome.

Help save this angel and enjoy the companionship of a nearly perfect dog, as I cannot keep her much longer. Original owners will sign surrender papers upon request.

To learn more about Blitzen or to set up a meet and greet, please email his current foster Cynthia at cynthia@kinsheyoga.com.
