Luna

Meet Luna! ❤️🐾

Sweet, sweet Luna is a beautiful 5-year-old German Shepherd who found herself at DHS on September 21--just one day before her 5th birthday. We can't think of a better birthday gift for this special girl than finding a loving home of her own.

Luna is 100% blind, but don't let that fool you--once she gets familiar with her surroundings, she gets around very well. What she needs most is a soft, loving place where she can feel safe, secure, and cherished.

Luna was raised with children and other dogs and has been a wonderful house companion. She is fully potty trained and does well being left alone in the home. She's clearly been through a lot of change recently, and we believe she would truly benefit from the comfort and stability of a foster or forever home as soon as possible.

Luna is a wonderful girl with so much love left to give. She deserves a peaceful, loving home where she can spend her years feeling safe and knowing she is finally home. ❤️

Could you be the soft place this sweet girl has been waiting for? 🐾
