LUNA's Story

Luna is a sweet scared little girl who arrived at the shelter on 10/23/25 with her bestie Vaca. Sadly, their owners surrendered them after only having them two weeks because they were informed pets were not allowed in their apartment. Luna does not understand and is now trying to adjust to yet another new environment. Please stop by to meet this cute little girl and consider adopting into a forever family so she can relax and begin to enjoy life with her new family. Luna is run 324, her ID # is 14608.

Luna s 4 years old and weighs 12 pounds. She is UTD on vaccines and has tested negative for heartworms. She will be spayed and microchipped when adopted.

Please note, all of the pet listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers, not shelter staff. If this cat or dog came in as lost (not as an owner surrender), we do not know how they might be with children, other pets, or if house trained. You can bring your pet to the shelter for a meet & greet with your potential new best friend.
When calling the shelter about a cat or dog, please use THE ID NUMBER., names are oftentimes made up by volunteers.
This pet and many others are available for adoption from Cobb County Animal Services, 1060 Al Bishop Dr. Marietta, GA 30008, call (770) 499-4136 for more information.
