Luna's Story

Luna is a beautiful sweet mixed breed dog. As a recent Mom to four incredible puppies, she demonstrated patience and love throughout the whole process. She is a wonderful Mother. While somewhat timid when first meeting new people, she quickly warms up to everyone. She is very calm, sweet, and affectionate. Happy to go and be anywhere. Loves the outdoors, but keep a good hold of her, she loves to chase deer, bunnies, and squirrels. A fenced yard is ideal but she is happy to walk on a leash, too. She doesn't mess about on her walks, keeps a good pace and will walk as long as you want to... does her business, and is ready to go home. She is housebroken and will quietly wait by the door for you to take her out. Sleeps well all night, just give her a quiet corner and soft bed and she is good to go Loves belly rubs and hugs and kisses. Good with other dogs when slowly and properly introduced. Is protective of her people and her home, so passersby beware Is very scared of fireworks and very loud noises (bangs), yet thinks nothing of a loud blender or vacuum. She is happiest curling up on the couch with you.
