Lulu's Story

Meet Lou & Lulu! These two adorable 4-month-old Boxer mix puppies — one male and one female — are almost ready to find their forever homes! Lou (male) and Lulu (female) will be fully vetted next week and **officially ready for adoption on ** February 7th. Visually, they look mostly Boxer — easily 80–85% Boxer — with all the classic Boxer personality we love: happy, playful, affectionate, wiggly, and full of life. Their little heads suggest there may be a touch of something extra mixed in — possibly a small terrier or even Chihuahua — which could make for what we’re affectionately calling a “mini Boxer” situation. UPDATE PICTURES OF THE PARENTS.PLEASE SEE BELOW. DAD WAS A FULL BOXER, MOM WAS BOXER A SMALL TERRIER. We’re currently gathering accurate body weights and growth patterns, which will help us better estimate their adult size. As they continue to fill out, we’ll be sure to share updates. Hello & Thank you for your interest! Please keep in mind that all of our members are volunteers and that the adoption process may take several weeks to complete. We are committed to matching all of our dogs with the perfect loving forever homes. Our adoption process follows the steps below. You will first need to fill out an adoption application on our website (www.ChelseasHopeBoxerRescue.com). Please fill out the entire application and submit it on-line or email it to info@chelseashopeboxerrescue.com. Please be sure to answer all questions fully & truthfully. This a enables us to help in making the best match for your family. After submitting the application you will be contacted by a coordinator in your area. They will review personal & vet references and schedule a home visit. Once your application is approved, you will be matched up with the perfect pup for your family! We recommend getting preapproved so when the right dog comes along, you are ready!
