Lukas was surrendered to us on March 25, 2021 for a couple of reasons, one being that he could not live with a small female dog in the home. The other reason was his destructiveness when he was locked out of the house. Items mentioned were a sprinkler system and a hot tub cover. Lukas is probably best placed as the only dog in the home, and it's possible he simply hates being alone, so people who work from home or retired may be most ideal. According to his former owner he also is a dog who accepts "mild" correction better than strong, intimidating correction, which tends to make him overly defensive.
