He conquered the stairs almost instantly and now struts around like a miniature landlord checking his property. It is likely Ludwig has always been blind, but we are unsure if he has always been deaf. <br/><br/> <br/><br/>Ludwig is obsessed with being scratched and he LOVES playing with his humans. Toys? No interest. Other dogs? Sure. But humans? You're the main event.
