Lucy's Story

Meet Lucy, 10 pounds of angel sweetness! Lucy is 3 month-old, female Black Labrador/Belian Malinois perfect mix of everything! Don't let her size fool you--she is little, but mighty! Lucy is so affectionate and loves to cuddle. She gives gentle kisses and loves to bestow them on her humans and puppy sibling, Max (please see Max's separate profile). Lucy is the cutest, most adorable baby girl!

Jack's Dog Haven's Adoption Policy

The adoption process begins with an application, the application is reviewed and once approved a meet and greet is set up with potential adopter. Throughout the meet and greet questions are asked and potential adopters are able to meet the dogs they are interested in. After the application is approved, meet and greet goes well a home inspection needs to be passed. Once all steps are appropriately completed, the potential adopter will be approved to adopt and an adoption contract will need to be filled out and signed. The last step is scheduling a time for the adopters to pick up their new family member and all documents pertaining to the dog will be released.

Jack's Dog Haven rescues and rehabilitates urgent dogs from high kill shelters in southern California and rehomes them to loving homes in upstate New York.
