Lucy's Story

**WE ARE ALWAYS IN NEED OF FOSTER HOMES** Homeward Bound Dog Rescue is an all volunteer rescue organization and all our dogs and puppies are in foster homes - we are not a shelter and do NOT have a facility where we house our dogs. For adoption information go to: www.homewardbounddogrescue.com. You must fill out an application online as we do NOT accept applications at our clinics.

Lucy is an 11-week-old puppy up-for-adoption with Homeward Bound Dog Rescue of New York. At only 9lbs, she is the runt of this little Lab/Shep mix litter found on streets of Monroe County, TN. Lucy is a delicate little thing and loves snuggling. She has a tiny little bitty face and the cutest tulip ears. For her pint size and age, she’s already pretty agile and smart! She will be a rockstar in obedience classes and loves going on walks. Lucy is crate-trained, good with other dogs, and doing well with housebreaking. We think she’ll be a medium size when full grown but that’s just a guess!

If this little peanut can make her forever home with you, apply online today!

www.homewardbounddogrescue.com

Our adoption clinics are held one Saturday a month at our facility in Schenectady on John Street, located directly behind Boulevard Bowl (Erie Boulevard) from 10 am to 12 pm (directions are on our website). We require an approved application before we consider anyone for an adoption - so filling out the application is your first step. Once your application has been reviewed, you will receive an email invitation to attend an adoption event. Different dogs and puppies go up for adoption EVERY WEEK so please feel free to visit the site and click on the Petfinder link for updates as we are adopting dogs out in between adoption events. Puppies and dogs up to 2 years old are $395. Dogs over 2 years old are $295. 100% of the adoption fees go to help us save more dogs.
