Lucy is a Beagle/Basset Hound mix bursting with playful energy and affection. She's the perfect mix of playful energy and sweet cuddle bug, smart as a whip, and eager to learn. Truly one of the best pups ever. <br/><br/>Lucy is hoping for a forever home with a fenced yard to run around in, at least one other dog to run around and play with, and not too much time in a crate (she is well behaved enough to not need it.)<br/><br/>In her foster home, she loves zooming around the backyard with her pug foster brother, respectfully giving space to the senior shepherd, and watching the cat from afar. She likes to lounge in the sunshine and take toys with her everywhere.<br/><br/>Lucy is incredibly smart and eager to learn - already crate trained, using the doggy door like a pro, and fully potty trained. She used to sleep in the crate overnight with great manners but has graduated to sleeping on the bed, which she loves.<br/><br/>She's a joyful whirlwind of curiosity, intelligence, and enthusiasm, and would thrive with an active family - especially one with another playful dog. Lucy is ready to bring fun, laughter, and love to her forever home!
