Lucy's Story
Lucy is a 6 year old terrier mix who has had quite a life already and is ready for a truly loving and stable forever home! She was adopted from a shelter, then suspect hit by a car, then sent off to a horrific rescue, seized by animal control, and finally ended up with our rescue and in a loving foster home that has completed extensive vet care and rehab work to get her to the healthy point she is now!<br/><br/>She marches to her own beat (literally).<br/><br/>Total lap dog but also appreciates her alone time.<br/><br/>Good with other dogs.<br/><br/>She urinates on her own and has some control on holding it or only going when outside. But needs patience on potty walks because they can take a while and/or needs a little expressing to completely empty out.<br/><br/>Good on leash.
